Information we receive
When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, company, country or region, email address, WhatsApp number and the project details you choose to provide. We also record limited campaign attribution such as UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, the initial landing page and referring page.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to understand the requested sculpture, respond to the sender, assess feasibility, prepare follow-up questions and attribute enquiries to marketing campaigns. We do not request payment-card information through the enquiry form.
AI project assistant
Messages sent to the project assistant are processed to generate replies and an optional project brief. A conversation reaches the project team only when you submit the secure enquiry form or confirm sending it through email or WhatsApp.
Storage and service providers
Enquiry records are stored using managed cloud infrastructure. We may use service providers for website hosting, AI replies, email notification, analytics or customer communication. Access should be limited to people and providers involved in operating the website and responding to enquiries.
Cookie choices
Essential browser storage supports security, enquiry forms and your saved cookie preference. Optional analytics remains off unless you accept it. You can reopen Cookie settings from the control at the lower-left of any public page and change your choice at any time.
OKKI website tracking
With your analytics consent, we use Xiaoman OKKI on our public website to understand visits, referral sources and customer interactions. Its tracking script may use browser storage and collect page URLs, device and browser information, clicks and information entered into or submitted through website forms. This information is processed by OKKI to support visitor analysis and enquiry follow-up.

Retention and requests
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiry handling, business follow-up, security and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, contact leo@zuvonart.com.
